Studio/office - 15ft x 14ft £295 a month Available from January 2024

Workshop/storage - 23ft x 10ft £200 a month Available from November 2023

Offices, workshops and storage is offered on a license agreement, on a basis of one month's notice. One month's rent is payable as a deposit.

Although we have a standard agreement we are flexible if tenants would prefer longer terms.
